The IOWCA ‘Union Jacks’ are delighted to announce their inaugural event, which will take place on Sunday 27th April 2025. Starting from the Flaneur Book shop in Freshwater at 11:00, we will then visit the finest private collection of classic Motorcycles in the United Kingdom. Tickets are strictly limited to 20 persons for this event, so please don’t delay booking!
Valued at over £1 Million, this collection has taken over 30 years to create and hosts motorcycles so rare you are unlikely to ever see them again in your lifetime. A Vincent Rapidé, Brough Superiors (original & new), Matchless Model X, Triumph Bonneville,s, Harley Davidson scramblers, BSA,s, Royal Enfields, Nortons, Aerials, Speedsters and Café racers everywhere you look, completed by Guy Martin’s Bimota 500 V-Due Two Stroke, one of the worst bikes ever conceived and now bizarrely, one of the most valuable!
The collection’s owner will provide the ‘Union Jacks’ an exclusive tour of the collection and has promised to start one of the Brough Superiors (fingers in your ears, they are really loud!) just for us. Your chairman has (if it’s repaired) committed to running his Harley Davidson (previously owned by Tom Cruise) to the event which younger members are welcome to sit on for photos.
Tickets are £15 per person which includes a 10% discount on all purchases from Flaneur, a tea or coffee and one of the following:
Two pieces of cake
Or
A cheese & ham toastie
Or
A sausage toastie
Or
A bacon toastie.
