Medina Branch, in partnership with the Isle of Wight Conservative Association, is delighted to invite you to spend an evening with Lord Brady of Altrincham. For 14 years, he chaired the 1922 committee, overseeing the leadership election process for five party leaders and four Prime Ministers.
The self-styled ‘Kingmaker’ was the epitome of discretion, keeping the most closely guarded secret in Parliament – the number of ‘No Confidence’ letters submitted in protest to the party leadership. Lord Brady carried out his duties with unparalleled secrecy and professionalism, but now you have the opportunity to hear from, meet, and question the man himself about his experiences.
